Freelance Real Estate Photographers

TheRealtyAssociate.com is currently seeking freelance photographers with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate photography. Ideal candidates should have an education or solid background in photography, be able to provide their own transportation, equipment, and be comfortable working with image editing and panoramic stitching software.

Our real estate photographers will be expected to develop connections with real estate agents and brokers, "for sale by owner" sellers, and real estate developers. Candidates will be paid a very competitive flat-fee on a per-listing basis, so the more clients you can connect with, the more you can earn!

Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Generating business and forging relationships with agents & sellers
• Setting appointments
• Photographing properties
• Editing and stitching photos
• Transferring finalized files to TRA (Via FTP or Email) for final processing

Please note: All orders are filled via the secure TRA website payment processor. Under no circumstances should, or will, our photographers carry, or accept, cash or cheques. This is for both your protection, and our client's protection - i.e. fraud or theft.

Equipment Required:

Our photographers are expected to produce high quality, wide angle and panoramic photos. In order to achieve this, candidates are expected to provide, and use, the following professional-grade equipment on all appointments:

• Professional grade DSLR camera (ex. Nikon D80 + up)
• External flash attachment
• Wide angle lens (ex. Sigma 12-24mm)
• Sturdy tripod (To be used for all photos)
• Panoramic camera mounting bracket (ex. Nodal Ninja, Manfrotto, etc.)
• Graphic editing and panoramic stitching software (ex. Photoshop, PTGui etc.)
